📦 Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return request is submitted within **24 hours of delivery**.
- Product must be **unused**, in **original packaging**, and in **resalable condition**.
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal dislike once the product is delivered in good condition.

📸 Proof Required:
To process any return or refund request, we require:
- A clear **unboxing video** from the moment the package is opened, OR
- Photographs showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).
This helps us verify and process your claim faster with our courier and warehouse partners.

💸 Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be issued within **3–5 business days** via UPI or the original payment method.
- For **Cash on Delivery (COD)** orders, refunds will be issued via UPI after confirmation.
- Refund will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and verified.
